Look how the quickening of despair mingles with
     the large fear to crush the evangelical hope
     to tinder the tumult of the coming flames -

Look how the deepening of that fear is green with
     the pulsing of that other hope that dwells
     in silences swelling with maddening volume -

Look how the pulsing of that hope resolves with
     the commingling of unknowns that blends
     in a breath to form the cracks birthing light -
